The avocado bacon club was born from a love [of some] of our favorite seasonal ingredients and an excuse to eat more bacon–but who needs an excuse to eat bacon anyways? Now that that’s settled, let’s talk about why August’s Burger of the Month has us wishing this summer month would never end.
“The avocado bacon club was a great chance to showcase our fresh ground turkey burger, smoked bacon and our homemade chipotle bacon ranch sauce,” said Puckett’s brand chef Keith West. “The thought of putting all these flavors together was a natural fit!”
First, Chef Keith takes two perfectly seasoned, handmade turkey burgers and tops them with Swiss cheese, apple-wood smoked bacon, fresh avocado slices, and a drizzle our homemade chipotle bacon ranch sauce. Then he sandwiches it with a toasted pretzel roll, and serves it with a side of our crispy French fries.
