Say goodbye to October, and get ready to step into full holiday swing! 🦃 🎄 ❄️ The “Uncorked” wine tasting series at Puckett’s Boat House has returned for a special holiday-themed evening, and trust us, this is an event you won’t want to miss.
Our company’s brand sommelier, Jenn McCarthy, will walk through the night’s wine selection process while you enjoy carefully paired, chef-curated delectables.
Uncorked will take place in the Wine Bar at Puckett’s Boat House.
From the Cajun-infused lobster dish to the Thanksgiving-inspired turkey roulade, each course is perfectly matched with a wine from Love & Exile, out of East Nashville, to complement both the ingredients and the flavors of the holiday season 😋. After listening to Jenn’s insightful expertise and tasting the delicious food pairings, you will leave with a host of newfound knowledge to use at your own holiday gatherings.

The Sips of the Season tasting menu includes the following pairings:
- Deseao Chardonnay – New Orleans BBQ lobster w/ tarragon gastrique; beer bread crostini
- Anonymous Sauvignon Blanc – Roasted beets w/ pistachio and coriander crust; pickled fennel, spiced goat cheese and prosecco infused-orange segments
- Anonymous Pinot Noir – Turkey roulade stuffed w/ spinach, artichokes and smoked gouda; shiitake bacon, orange cherry marmalade
- Heartless Cabernet – Seared lamb chops topped w/ mint gremolata; sweet potato croquettes
