Proud papas over here y’all!
This past Saturday, our very own Chef Carlos (exec chef at Puckett’s Boat House) grabbed second place in the super regionals of the World Food Championship here in Nashville! He was recognized for a PBH favorite: these shrimp & grits hushpuppies.
The win earned him a spot at the national competition in Vegas in November 2014! Congratulations, Carlos! Stayed tuned for more details.
