Ah, sweet summertime. It’s almost impossible not to think of sunshine, swimming pools and gatherings around the grill. So, for next week’s edition of Puckett’s Boat House‘s Uncorked, we’re bringing the grill to you! And is there a better way to do that than with a Big Green Egg? No? Our thoughts exactly.
In addition to a demo on how to use the oh-so popular grilling sensation, we’ll be servin’ up a featured selection of wine + appetizer pairings (think open-flame favorites like burgers, steak and salmon filets). By the end of the night, not only will you be a sommelier of sorts but you’ll know exactly which wines are perfect for your next backyard BBQ!
Each month for Uncorked, we bring in experts from Moon Wine & Spirits so y’all can sip and swirl your way to learning all about the flavors and complexities of vino. Guests will sample five pours, light appetizers and the opportunity to ask the pros questions til your heart’s content (pssst, all that for just $20!). Get out there and spice up your Tuesday night before the summer’s over, y’all. It doesn’t get much better than good wine, delicious food and fun conversation with new friends!
