Q: What were you doing before you joined the Puckett’s family?

I was general manager at Panera Bread.

Q: You’ve been in the restaurant industry a long time (almost 25 years!) What’s your favorite part about working in a restaurant?

Getting to meet so many new and interesting people everyday.

Everything is so good, but I find myself eating po’ boys more than anything else.

Q: What do you like to cook in your own kitchen?

My wife says I make a mean steak.

I like sports and love to play golf. I also just joined a rec. tennis league.

Everyone says this, but I love all music. If you made me pick however, I would say any classic rock.

It’s one of the best places I’ve ever lived and I’m an Army brat so that says something. The people are all so friendly and it is so beautiful.

I have dabbled in flipping houses with a friend for the last five years.
