Puckett’s Columbia Launches Breakfast Program

Puckett’s in downtown Columbia recently implemented a program for those early risers around the county, a Puckett’s Breakfast Club that allows friends to benefit from their dining experience!

Launched in July, we’re giving a weekly rotating discount to our guests who dine Monday through Friday between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m. In addition, those who sign up for a Breakfast Club card will receive a larger return on investment: the tenth breakfast or omelet platter purchased is free!

“Since we opened in the spring, we’ve realized just how hard working this community is. Our friends get going early around here,” said Max Stephenson, general manager. “We think that’s admirable, and they deserve a reward!”

Past Early Bird specials have included a free coffee or non-alcoholic beverage or side with the purchase of a breakfast or omelet entrée, and a breakfast platter for $4.99 that includes two cooked-to-order eggs, bacon or sausage, grits and a biscuit.

The Puckett’s Columbia location opened in March 2013. Located at 15 Public Square, it became the third Puckett’s Grocery in as many counties.

Housed in a former factory and warehouse building, the Puckett’s Columbia space measures more than 26,000 square feet, and includes a second-floor event space that exceeds 8,000 square feet. To transform the three-story interior—which took nearly a year—our Owner Andy Marshall worked with local builder Joe Whidby to craft hand-hewn tables and added the floor to ceiling grocery shelves that are becoming a Puckett’s hallmark. Williamson County “picker” William Powell helped to bring nostalgic elements, including old signs, photographs and memorabilia that celebrate Maury County’s history and add a comfortable ambiance to the restaurant.

The Puckett’s Columbia location is open 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesdays through Thursdays, 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays and 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sundays and Mondays. It also hosts musicians on Friday and Saturday evenings.

About Puckett’s Gro. & Restaurant
With locations in downtown Franklin, downtown Nashville and downtown Columbia, the Puckett’s roots go way back to the 1950s, and a little grocery store in the village of Leiper’s Fork, Tenn. Ever since then, we’ve been focused on providing friends new and old with great food and Southern hospitality.

When it comes down to it, Puckett’s is a community kitchen, with live pickin’ performances just a few feet from your table. Authentic comfort food—barbecue smoked slow ‘n’ low over cherry wood, the home-cooked sides, even a few upscale dishes—is what Puckett’s aims for you to remember.
