You all know that A. Marshall Family Foods, our parent company, is committed to giving back to the communities in which our restaurants are planted, and we’re ready to show our newest neighborhood, Murfreesboro, some love! TODAY, May 10, Puckett’s Gro. in Murfreesboro is running a “Ten for Tucker’s House” campaign, pledging to donate 10% of the entire day’s sales to Tucker’s House, a local nonprofit organization dedicated to assisting the families of children with disabilities.
Our fifth location of Puckett’s Gro., which opened on the downtown Murfreesboro square three months ago, invites the community to ‘dine for a cause’ all day today to support the campaign’s efforts. In honor of the Tucker’s House mission and the four local children it is currently working to serve, we have sheets available for children diners to color that will be given to the Tucker’s House families as books of encouragement.
The fun doesn’t stop there! Kelli Beam, a great friend of Puckett’s and Vice President of Membership Development for the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce, will share her experiences with Tucker’s House with our diners at 6PM. Then, one of our restaurants’ regulars, Jesse Kramer, will hit the stage at 6:30PM. It’s going to be a fun night and we sure hope to see you there!
Tucker’s House is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that was developed to partner with families of children with disabilities up to the age of 22 years old and their healthcare providers to provide assistance through specialized retrofitting resources to meet their specific immediate, intermediate and long term needs that make their home accessible, safe and an environment to where the children can achieve their potential.
