Puckett’s Partners with Hutton & Smith Brewing Co. for Charitable “Beer Dinner”

Puckett’s Chattanooga has announced an exclusive, community-style beer dinner in conjunction with Hutton & Smith Brewing Co. this Thursday, November 14 from 6 to 8 p.m. Ten percent of proceeds from dinner that evening will benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Chattanooga!

General Manager David McLain said that the restaurant is excited to work with a local brewery to create the perfect pairings for this unique occasion.

“Our executive chef worked closely with their team to determine which Hutton & Smith beers would best complement the flavors and tasting notes of the menu, beginning with the appetizers and continuing through the dessert options,” McLain added. “We are proud to be working with Hutton & Smith to create a wonderful experience for our community to enjoy, and even more importantly, an event that benefits a cause near and dear to us.”

Puckett’s Gro. & Restaurant and its parent company, A. Marshall Hospitality, have been longtime supporters of local Boys & Girls Clubs, regularly running charitable campaigns in its six stores across Tennessee to benefit the area’s local Club.

Guests will enjoy their choice of homemade guacamole or a smoked sausage and cheese plate as an appetizer (paired with ‘Belay On’ blonde ale), followed by a strawberry and spinach salad or smoked tomato bisque soup (paired with ‘The Good Schist’ American pale ale). Herbed Dijon salmon and garlic butter-brushed ribeye with smoked Gouda garlic mashed potatoes or crispy Brussels sprouts comprise the main course (paired with ‘On Sight Alt’ German Altbier), and fried ice cream or mixed berry cobbler à la mode round out the meal (paired with ‘Vadose Zone’ vanilla stout).

Tickets to the beer dinner are $50 and can be purchased on Eventbrite here.
