We are excited to welcome Chris Payne to the A. Marshall Family Foods Inc. family as the general manager of Scout’s Pub!
Chris recently relocated from Atlanta where he opened over 70 restaurants, ranging from steakhouses and fast-casual concepts to bars. Since joining the Scout’s Pub team, Payne has spent time in each of the A. Marshall restaurants, including Puckett’s Gro., Puckett’s Boat House and Homestead Manor, and has quickly learned that our culture runs deep.
Also joining the Scout’s team is our long-time brand chef, Keith West, who will serve as head chef at the new restaurant, and Brad Lentz and Lee Rice, who will make the shift to Westhaven from Franklin’s Puckett’s Gro. We’re thrilled to have them on board, too!
Scout’s Pub is scheduled to open its doors this summer in Westhaven, and is looking for more talented people like Chris, Brad and Lee to join the team!
