Our crew has concocted the perfect recipe to tantalize your taste buds for the warmer months ahead. This one’s sure to be a crowd pleaser y’all!
SHRIMP BURGER RECIPE:
1 slice wheat bread (1 1/2 cup crumbs)
1 pound shrimp
3 Tbl. Mayo
2 Tbl. Thin sliced green onion
2 Tbl. Minced fresh parsley
2 tsp. grated lemon zest
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
Pinch of cayenne
2 tsp. Old Bay
1 tsp. lemon juice
Combine ingredients together and form into a patty. Cook to preference. [yields 4 burgers]
